We provide title search services across 30 states in the United States,
covering both major metropolitan markets and rural counties. If you need
confirmation for a specific county or state, share the property details
and our team will verify coverage before you place an order.
Standard title searches are typically completed within 24–48 business hours,
depending on county recorder access and document volume. For complex commercial
or multi-parcel properties, timelines may extend to 3–5 business days, and we
will notify you in advance if additional research time is required.
We provide current owner searches, two-owner and full searches, 10–30 year
searches, refinance and foreclosure searches, as well as updates and bring-downs.
We also support customized search types for attorney, lender, and investor
requirements when requested.
Our reports are prepared by experienced examiners who use verified public
records, multiple data sources, and standardized search checklists. Every
order passes through a two-step quality review to validate legal descriptions,
vesting, open liens, and any reported issues before delivery.
Our team includes certified abstractors and title professionals with extensive
experience in residential and commercial transactions. We also follow ALTA
best practices and maintain internal compliance and training programs aligned
with lender and underwriter expectations.
You can submit orders through our online portal, by secure email, or via an
integrated workflow if you already use a title production system. Simply provide
the property address, owner name (if available), transaction type, and any
special instructions, and we will confirm receipt and ETA.
Our pricing is based on search type, property state, and complexity
(residential vs. commercial, single vs. multi-parcel). We offer volume-based
and relationship pricing for lenders, title agencies, attorneys, and investors;
contact us for a customized rate sheet for your workflow.
Yes, rush and same-day options are available in many counties, subject to
public record access and cut-off times. Rush fees are quoted up front, and
we will always confirm feasibility before accepting an expedited request.
